Where are Noku products made?
All our products are designed and manufactured in South Africa.
Are Noku products made with Natural ingredients?
Yes. At Noku we believe in natural, effective and sustainable ingredients. Our goal is and will always be to prioritise your skin's health offering, best quality ingredients and in consequence and outstanding skincare experience to our customers.
Are Noku products Organic?
Not all the ingredients are organic but we always prioritise natural and organic ingredients.
Is Noku Vegan?
Yes it is. All our products are suitable for vegan. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and we are cruelty-free. We do not test any of our products or ingredients in animals and we do not support this kind of actions.
Is Noku's SPF all Natural?
100% the answer is Yes. 0% chemicals. In Noku we believe in Natural sources to provide the best to our clients, in health and in effectivity.
Do you test your products and ingredients in animals?
None of our products have been tested on animals and we do not support this kind of actions. Noku skincare is 100% cruelty-free. We use alternative methods to test our ingredients.
If I have sensitive skin, can I use Noku products?
The answer is absolutely yes. All Noku products have been designed for all skin types including those that are more sensitive. Therefore, all our products have been specifically tested on sensitive skin without any negative report. In addition, we are free from all the nasties, this includes, Parabens, Phthatales, Mineral oils, PEGs, Silicones, Animal Ingredients that are so harmful for the dermis.
Is Noku suitable for pregnant women?
Yes. All our products have been made from high quality natural and vegan ingredients, free from chemicals and nasties, making it safe for everybody whatever your physical condition is, this includes pregnant women.
Does Noku use any fragrance?
The answer is No. Noku's ethic believes in Natural in all perspectives. We do not see the need for adding fragrances. We believe that as pure and natural one formula is, more enhances the effectivity of the rest of the powerful ingredients.
How long does it take to see results?
The answer is immediately. In first place, because Noku's products have NATURAL UV protection obtained from Red algae, NO CHEMICALS, so just using Noku skincare keeps your skin and health safe from the dangerous UVA/UVB rays of the sin. In second place, physical results will be also seen immediately in your skin, with a silky, super hydrated, glowing firn, younger looking skin effect.
Do you have free samples?
Yes we do. For every purchase you will be eligible for 1 free sample of 3 ml of our products. While stock lasts. Please do not forget to select desired free sample before proceeding to payment. In the case you are eligible for 1 sample and you do not select any, we will understand that you are not interested, and in consequence, no sample will be shipped with your order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not accept any change or cancellation for change of mind. But we are sure that you will be very happy of the results of the product that you have purchased.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Once the order has been placed, it will take 24-48 hours to be dispatched. This frame time does not include weekends and public holidays.
WHAT IF THE PARCEL GETS STOLEN/LOST?
From the moment that the parcel is handed over a courier company, Noku will not be responsible or liable. If the parcel gets lost/stolen before it was delivered to you, is your responsibility to contact the courier company regarding this matter. However, do not forget to contact our customer team to inform about this issue so we can open a case with the courier company, and replace the stolen/lost product.
